Algernon, Alpha, Mint at 52-week Highs

Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE:AGN) hit a new 52-week high of 30 cents Monday. Algernon has made the decision to begin production of NP-120 (Ifenprodil) with a new injectable and long acting oral release formulation, in order to be prepared for new US clinical trials for COVID-19 (coronavirus) and acute lung injury (ALI).

Alpha Lithium Corporation (V.ALLI) hit a new 52-week high of 50 cents Monday. Alpha has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of 1146915 B.C. Ltd., thus completing its assembly of mineral assets located in the heart of the Argentinean "Lithium Triangle". PrivCo owns eight lithium exploration claims which, when combined with the claims previously acquired by Alpha from PrivCo, covers approximately 27,477 hectares in Argentina. In the transaction, the Corporation acquired all of the outstanding securities of PrivCo in exchange for the issuance of securities of the Corporation. The Corporation, with PrivCo as its wholly owned subsidiary, now plans to pursue the exploration and development of the Claims.
