Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE: SOAR) announced that it will showcase Parslee—its enterprise document-intelligence platform—at Microsoft Ignite 2025 in San Francisco, November 18–21. The Company will demonstrate how Parslee transforms the unstructured document sprawl inside Microsoft 365 into structured, auditable data that autonomous AI agents can use to perform real work inside Microsoft 365.
“Parslee AI Agents,” read this morning’s news release, “autonomously coordinate tasks, synthesize information across systems, manage multi-step processes, and automate workflows that traditionally require significant manual effort.
Parslee’s platform now offers two complementary products addressing different enterprise needs. Document Intelligence provides deterministic preprocessing and audit trails that make AI reliable for analyzing contracts, SEC filings, and compliance materials—technology already active in paying pilot programs. AI Agents provide autonomous workflow execution by connecting AI directly to the systems where enterprise work happens: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, enterprise databases, and customer knowledge bases.
“Parslee is building the tools that make enterprise AI actually work,” said CEO Matt Liotta. “We started with document intelligence because enterprises needed AI they could trust with documents. Now we’re extending that trust into workflow execution—connecting AI to where work actually happens. These are complementary capabilities serving the same mission: making AI reliable and useful for business-critical operations.”
SOAR shares settled six cents, or 4.1%, early Tuesday to $1.41.
