Micro Cap Pops On Key Acquisition

A small California-based tech firm saw its shares rip this morning after the company announced that it has completed a key acquisition. Digital Locations Inc. (OTCPK:DLOC) announced that all the conditions have been met and it has completed the acquisition of SmallCellSite.com, a leading source of more than 80,000 pre-qualified wireless cell sites.

Digital Locations is developing an artificial intelligence (AI) platform to create highly personalized digital content and experiences for every person connected to the Internet. It develops an open-source content management system (CMS) software, called ExpressionEngine. ExpressionEngine is an open source software platform (FOSS).

Traders seemed to be bullish on the news as shares traded up to an early session high of $0.064/share (+52.38%) following the news. This move is a breath of fresh air for shareholders as the stock has been experiencing a pullback from the mid-January peak of $0.12/share
