(OTCQB: CCTC) ("CCTI" or the "Company"), an emerging cleaner-energy company utilizing patented technology to convert raw coal into a cleaner burning and more efficient fuel, today announced the completion of the re-fabrication of their plant at the AES Coal fired utility in Oklahoma. The electrical engineers are preparing the plant for commissioning scheduled to start the week of November 9th 2015, with full test protocols commencing within ten days after this date. CCTI is lining up both domestic and international clients to visit the plant while it is operating at the AES facility.
