SunPower (SPWR) grows with Debentures

SunPower (NASDAQ: SPWR) shares fell 1.6% to $18.88 after the company priced $300 million of its 0.75% Senior Convertible Debentures due 2018. Share volume was 3.3 million, compared to an all-day average of 5.5 million
