NA lowers mortgage rates, stock hits 52-week high

National Bank of Canada (T.NA) hit a new 52-week high of $62.49; National Bank Financial Group has adjusted its rates for residential mortgages, effective November 23, 2009. For fixed-rate closed terms, three- and six-month terms fell 0.15% to 3.6%, as does a one-year closed.

Two-year closed rates fall 0.2% to 3.75%, three-year closed also falls to 0.2% to 4.25%. A four-year closed term falls 0.1% to 5.19%, five-year falls 0.25% to 5.59%, while a 10-year term goes down 0.2% to 6.75%.
