5/22/2013 - 9:55 AM EST - Pinetree Capital : announced that on May 21, as a result of a reverse takeover by Wolfpack Gold of Tigris Uranium Corp., it acquired ownership of 4,266,666 common shares of Wolfpack Gold representing approximately 8.6% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the company. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at May 21, a total of 6,041,666 common shares of Wolfpack, representing approximately 12.2% of all issued and outstanding common shares.
