Products:
The JetstarTM
gasifies our hydrogen compatible JetfuelTM by
separating the hydrogen and oxygen molecules creating hydrogen
and oxygen gases. These gases are produced only while the
engine is running. The automatic fill system with primary and
secondary safety components is simultaneously monitored within
the JetstarTM. The gases are produced under a
slight pressure to ensure a consistent flow to the engine. A
hose from the JetstarTM delivers the gas to the
intake of the vehicle, allowing the gas and fuel vapor to mix
resulting in a more complete burn.
These gases are produced using JetstarTM and draws
a small amount of power from the vehicle's electrical system.
On diesel engines, these gases are produced under pressure to
compensate for the engine's turbo boost set up. Because the
burn is now more efficient, emissions such as nitrous oxides,
hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide are reduced both over time
and distance. By burning the fuel in the combustion chamber
more completely, JetstarTM users can expect to
experience increased horsepower and, correspondingly,
increased fuel mileage, resulting in lower maintenance
and/or operating costs. Actual results may vary.
This system is controlled through a micro processor that
monitors all safety devices. The JetstarTM has a
life expectancy in excess of 10 years and has been engineered
to operate in temperatures ranging from -45C to +77C.
Operation: The operator simply has to replace the 1.8 liter
bottle of JetfuelTM every 5,000 miles or 90 hours
of operation.
Numerous
safety features are built into the Jetstar™ system.
Safety and quality are always placed first at Dynamic
Fuel Systems Inc. The
Jetstar™ is TSSA
(Technical Standards & Safety Authority) Certified.
Every Jetstar™ comes with a TSSA label affixed.
You, the trucker, have enough issues to deal with. You can
drive worry-free with the Jetstar™ knowing it is safe and
DOT (Department of Transport) compliant.
A two way solenoid deactivates immediately on shutdown,
clearing all hydrogen from the system.
All hoses, fittings, and components are designed to
withstand up to 150 PSI.
If the unit should fail for any reason, it will not impede the
operation of the vehicle.
Never at any time is there any significant amount of hydrogen
in your Jetstar™. All the hydrogen being generated is
consumed by your engine.
The Jetstar™
is manufactured to stringent specifications.
Every JetstarTM
unit is constructed using ISO 9002 manufactured standard
industrial and electronic components.
Every JetstarTM unit has been tested for vibration
resistance
Every JetstarTM unit is installed by our certified
technicians
Every JetstarTM unit comes with an in-cab wireless
remote to keep the driver fully informed as to the performance
of the unit.
