11:13 AM EST - Athabasca Minerals Inc. : Announced that its 10-year Susan Lake Renewal Management Contract with the Province of Alberta expired on November 30. A meeting with Alberta Environment and Parks, by whom the Contract is administered, was held on December 1, and resulted with instruction to Athabasca to continue its operations in the near term with ‘overholding tenancy’ status until the Closure Plan for Susan Lake gravel pit is approved by AEP.
