10:52 AM EST - LSC Lithium Corporation : Announced today that the record date in respect of its previously announced rights offering will be August 27. As announced by LSC on August 16, each shareholder as of the record date will be issued 0.16142 of one right for each share held on the record date, entitling the holder to purchase one unit of the Company for each right at a price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit shall be comprised of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.55 for a period of 18 months from closing of the rights offering.
