11:15 AM EST - Quebecor Media Inc. : Said its Videotron Ltd. division announced the closing of its issuance and sale of C$650 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125 % Senior Notes due 2031. Videotron intends to use the proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, for the repayment of a portion of its outstanding indebtedness.
