Stealth Energy Inc. announces Pipeline Completion Phase

2/18/2009 (BAYSTREET NEWSWIRE)

February 18 2009 - Stealth Energy Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX: SLH, Frankfurt S16) is pleased to announce that it is now redeploying its crews to complete the last two miles of its gas pipeline project in Stillwater County, Montana. The initial objective is to transport and sell gas from three shut in commercial wells known as: Hailstone 1-23, 2-23 and Copulous 1-18 and thereafter to be connected to further wells.

The adverse winter conditions over the past 3 months caused the building of this pipeline to be temporarily halted at the approximate 10 mile mark. The pipeline crosses under two county roads (with permits) and is already "tapped in" to the main SAGA sales pipeline. There is an executed contract already in place to sell to Colorado Interstate Gas.

Stealth Energy Inc. is a producing oil & gas company with its field office in Billings, Montana, USA. The company develops its own properties and continues to seek and make acquisitions, primarily within Montana and Wyoming.
