JOURNEY RESOURCES CORP. COMPLETES SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

Vancouver, B.C. - JOURNEY RESOURCES CORP. ("Journey" or the "Company") announces that the Company has completed the shares for debt settlement. The Company announced in its news release dated August 25, 2009 that it would be settling debt to certain creditors of the Company having an aggregate value of $481,003.75.

On closing of this transaction, the Company has issued a total of 7,620,075 shares to certain creditors to extinguish certain debts having an aggregate value of $381,003.75.
