David H. Schwanz Appointed President of Shades of Fragrances, Inc.

(OTCPink: SHDH) and Lucien Lallouz, CEO & Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for Shades Holdings, Inc., announces the appointment of David H. Schwanz, formerly of Elizabeth Arden, as President of Shades Of Fragrances, Inc.; a fragrance branding company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Shades Holdings, Inc., effective immediately.


As an industry innovator, Mr. Schwanz has been instrumental in the launch of a number of successful top selling fragrance brands, including Ed Hardy, True Religion, BCBG Max Azria, Fred Hayman Beverly Hills, Perry Ellis, Guess?, Maria Sharapova, and the Paris Hilton brands, which now total over $5 billion in global retail sales. With over 25 years of industry experience, David Schwanz was VP of sales for branded fragrances for such companies as Elizabeth Arden, New Wave Fragrances, and Parlux Fragrances Inc., now a wholly owned Subsidiary of Perfumania Holdings Inc. A long term industry veteran, Schwanz has lead key innovative initiatives to grow start-up brands into global best-selling brands within major department and specialty stores.
