The three new Directors include: Dr. Baseer Khan, an internationally recognized surgeon, researcher and consultant, who is currently a member of the Galileo Life Sciences Medical Advisory Board; John M. Rosenthal, a senior partner of RZN, LLP Chartered Professional Accountants and Licensed Public Accountants; and Kenneth Pham, a finance and operations professional with over 15 year of experience in the private and public sector. Preston J. Shea, President, Treasurer and Secretary of Galileo Life Sciences represents the fourth member of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Khan has been appointed CEO of Galileo Life Sciences, effective immediately.
