(PINKSHEETS: TLNUF) ("Telecorp" or the "Company"), a growing provider of software communications solutions, announced today that it has completed its final leg of a financial audit of Dev Datamedics & Software Pvt Ltd (“Dev Datamedics”), based in Chandigarh, India.

As previously announced on April 13, 2015, Telecorp signed a Letter of Intent for the purchase of Dev Datamedics, a web design, web development and search engine marketing company with positive cash flow. Dev Datamedics has been in business since 1999 and through the audit process,
Dev Datamedics has shown an overall positive net income while it has seen some decline recently which can be reflected as the owner Sandeep Gupta now lives in Canada and has other interests and duties.
"The lack of presence of the owner locally will be addressed by hiring a Sales Executive to maintain current clients as well expand sales and operations" added Phillips "We are confident that once this person is in place we can double the revenue within a year of the position being filled."
The next step is to have a meeting with owner and the Telecorp Team and finalize the term paper and transition. The final date is anticipated within two weeks.
Besides hiring the Sales Executive Telecorp plans on adding to the present staff of 7 developers in India, including a flash developer, graphic designer and e-commerce developer in the near future.
