TierPoint Selects Shea Long to Lead Products Team

LOUIS, MO / ACCESSWIRE / October 6, 2015 / TierPoint, a national provider of cloud computing, colocation and managed services, announced today that Shea Long has been named Senior Vice President of Products. Long brings over 23 years of experience driving growth and innovation for technology companies, including Savvis, CenturyLink, AT&T (formerly SBC Communications), and Unisys. In the newly created Product leader role at TierPoint, Long will be responsible for directing, developing and growing the Product portfolio for cloud, managed hosting and colocation solutions for the company.

Long most recently served as Global Vice President, Product Development for CenturyLink's Cloud, Managed Hosting and Colocation business, which was created thru the acquisition of Savvis. He was responsible for directing the strategy and development of industry-leading products around the world. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in Product Development or Sales at Unisys, CoreExpress, Williams Communications and SBC Communications (now AT&T). Long is also a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
