AgriEuro Corp. Added as Defendant to Litigation for Violations of Anti-Spam Statute

[ACCESSWIRE]

SAN DIEGO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 13, 2015 / Activist George Sharp has named AgriEuro Corp. (OTCQB: EURI) as an additional defendant to litigation where American Resources Exploration, Inc. (OTC PINK: AREN) has already been named as a defendant. The lawsuit was filed for alleged violations of California Business and Professions Codes 17529.5 (Anti-Spam).

The initial complaint against AREN was filed by George Sharp in the San Diego County Division of California Superior Court (Case No. 37-2015-00028270-CU-BT-CTL) on August 20, 2015 and alleges that the defendants engaged in a scheme to disseminate emails in order to artificially create a marketplace for the stocks of overvalued companies at artificially high prices in what is known as a pump-and-dump scheme.

Mr. Sharp states that he has been the recipient of dozens of emails promoting the shares of EURI and AREN. Under California's BPC § 17529.5, violators are subject to pay damages of up to $1,000 for each email to each recipient.

George Sharp is an internationally recognized crusader against penny stock fraud who has been interviewed in the print and television media. He holds no interest in EURI nor AREN and has never short sold any stock at any time.

Mr. Sharp cautions investors not to invest in stocks promoted through email or internet advertisements, such as those disseminated by "Finest Penny Stocks" and "Elite Penny Stocks", as these are exclusively attempts to abscond with investors' funds, by selling worthless or near-worthless stock at heavily over-inflated prices. Stocks promoted by these newsletters, always ends up with share prices that evaporate causing significant losses by the public.

Mr. Sharp holds no interest in EURI nor AREN and has never shorted any stock.
