(OTC PINK: DUTV) announced today that it has engaged the law firm of White Wiggins & Barnes, LLP of Dallas, Texas in connection with its financial structure, capital funding and with its business venture with the Lakota Tribal Cooperative, LLC, a company that is planned on being the largest hemp producing Native American cooperative in the United States.
Lakota Tribal Cooperative initially plans to grow industrial hemp and extract CBD oils on approximately 10,000 acres of private land in the Dakotas on the reservation.
