Will Open Door for Innovation in Hemp, CBDOil, and Agricultural Entrepreneurship

This bill containshemp-friendly language that will eventually allow for the hemp plant to begrown throughout the country, and for hemp products containing cannabidiol("CBD") to be sold without restriction anywhere in the US.
Most importantly, this law will mean that hemp and hemp-derived products such as CBD oil will be removed from the "Schedule 1" of the Controlled Substances Act, and will be treated like other commodity crops, such as corn or soybeans.
