This recent complaint was filed in the Western District of Texas, Austin Division and is founded upon the same patent which has been the basis of extensive litigation between the Company and the plaintiff. The complaint relates only to the Company's rental of its AutoDriller in the U.S. market from March 2009 and will extend to cover rentals only until April 19, 2013 when the patent expires.
