Excluding a favourable income tax adjustment of $29.8 million related to the reduction of Ontario provincial corporate income tax rates, adjusted net income would have amounted to $26.9 million, an increase of $3.9 million, or 17.2%, compared to $22.9 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2009.
Free cash flow reached $62 million for the quarter, representing an increase of $44.2 million when compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2009.
