This quarterly dividend amount represents a 2.5 cent or 5.3% increase from the $0.475 quarterly dividends paid on January 4 and April 1, 2010 and the four dividends paid in 2009.

Net operating income for the quarter grew to $112.3 million or $0.94 per share from $69.1 million or $0.58 per share in the year-ago period. Direct premiums written increased 5.2% to $914.3 million from $868.8 million in the previous year period.
