Futures for Canada's main stock index were largely unchanged on Monday, with global trading activity dulled by a U.S. holiday, but the benchmark was set for its fourth straight monthly gain.
The TSX muscled higher 77.77 points to conclude Friday at 19,852.18, yet another all-time high. On the week, the gain was nearly 325 points, or 1.7%.
The Canadian dollar jumped 0.065 cents Monday to 82.85 cents U.S.
June futures were down 0.01% Monday.

On the economic calendar, Statistics Canada’s industrial product price index rose 1.6% month over month in April and 14.3% compared to April 2020 in April, while its raw material price index hiked1.0% on a monthly basis in April and 56.4% compared to April 2020.
Overseas, in Japan, the Nikkei 225 docked 1% Monday, while in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index inched up 0.1%.
Oil prices leaped 93 cents to $67.25 U.S. a barrel.
Gold prices gained $2.80 to $1,888.70 U.S.
