Carrier Rebrands Call Centres

Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR) shares began Thursday in the green, as the company, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today announced the rebranding of its global command centers as Carrier Customer Command Centers.

The new identity underscores Carrier's customer-first commitment and the growing role of the centers in helping customers improve energy efficiency, increase equipment uptime, strengthen temperature compliance and lower maintenance costs.

This morning’s news release proclaimed that, “Formerly known as BluEdge Command Centers, the facilities have earned multiple industry honors for innovation and service excellence, including gold for Best of IoT – Services at the 2022 IoT Innovator Awards and the 2023 and 2025 Excellence in Customer Service Awards from the Business Intelligence Group.

"Carrier Customer Command Centers consistently demonstrate our customer-first mindset," said Ajay Agrawal, Senior Vice President, Global Services & Chief Business Development Officer, Carrier. "The growing network, scale and capabilities of our command centers reflect how we're evolving to meet our customers' needs with intelligence, speed and purpose."

Carrier's 24/7 global network monitors more than 240,000 connected assets and supports over 32,000 buildings worldwide. Each month, the centers identify more than 10,000 service needs through predictive analytics — often before customers notice an issue — and handle over 12,000 service technician calls to accelerate resolution. Over the past year, the centers remotely resolved more than 60% of HVAC and lighting issues, reducing downtime and avoiding costly truck rolls.

CARR shares gained 46 cents to $59.92.
