Everforth™ ECS®, a trusted mission operations partner for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies, and the Federal Government Segment of Everforth, Inc. (NYSE: EFOR), today announced it has secured a three-year, sole-source indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract expansion with a ceiling of $148 million to continue supporting the Chief Digital and AI Office’s Secure Unclassified Network, building on more than a decade of support for the program.
Additionally, Everforth ECS was selected under a Commercial Solutions Opening to research and prototype the next generation of capabilities for SUNet 2.0, advancing CDAO modernization priorities.
Under the expanded SUNet contract, Everforth ECS will continue to manage and maintain the operational environment while supporting the transition of mission capabilities to future SUNet architecture.
The contract expansion follows Everforth ECS’ selection to prototype SUNet 2.0 on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering and the CDAO. SUNet 2.0 is designed to provide Department of War organizations and mission partners with a secure digital environment to collaborate and rapidly develop, test, and validate emerging AI/ML capabilities.
EFOR shares closed Wednesday at $33.15.
