Penny Stock Company Readies for Mass Commercialization of Lead Product

There has been a company out of British Columbia which, like the disease it purports to treat, has been under the radar for the most part. New developments announced today may lift both out of that darkness and into the light.

The disorder is psoriasis and the company is avVaa World Health Care Products Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVVH). Visitors of AllPennyStocks.com may remember the feature article last month about its efforts to improve the profile of its Neuroskin® Psoriasis Relief product, efforts that have since panned out with a soon-to-be-released national TV commercial campaign, the filming of which took place on May 29.

Company management reported the first rough cut was ready to review by the third week of June. But testimonials looked great, they said, and it’s hoped to have the first media test ready within a few more weeks. Company President Lorie Campbell-Farley adds, ''Once the DRTV commercial is in full rollout, media buying will reach an estimated value of $100,000 a week.''

While psoriasis may not be up on the national radar screen, it’s still very much in the picture; with seven million being treated for the disease (it’s incurable). AVVH is also directing its efforts at the 17 million Americans with acne, and 16 million with eczema. In all, Americans shell out $4 Billion per year to subdue or at least hide these skin disorders.

This global biotechnology company, manufacturer and distributor of nationally branded therapeutic, natural skin and health care products has in its arsenal, besides Neuroskin to fight psoriasis, acne treatment, itch relief and mild skin moisturizer, followed by other skin treatments and Medi Spa products.

This year, the company hitched its wagon to the New York-based public relations agency Steve Allen Media (not to be confused with the first host of the Tonight Show) to help it launch the campaign. AVVH extended results for a 12-month period of the national TV branding show projected sales of $12.8 Million with gross profitability of $6.8 Million.

News of the TV campaign drove the stock upwards the day after the company’s reaction was announced; AVVH gained one-10th of a cent to four-10ths (0.004) of a cent on July 2. While that may not sound like much, it worked out to a 33.3-percent jump at last check. With the stock giving up some ground recently, this could just be the news that could propel it in the other direction – and may have done so already.
