PepsiCo’s Q3 Profit Rises 9%, Despite Lower Sales (PEP)

Beverage and snack foods giant PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) said Thursday that its third quarter profit rose 9% from last year, aided by lower costs amid lower revenue.
