Only two weeks after disclosing the first of several anticipated orders from retail juggernaut Walmart (NYSE:WMT), Trimax Corp. (OTCPK:TMXN) made good on its prediction with additional orders for products of its wholly-owned subsidiary Saavy Naturals. The initial order announced on February 13 was for 60,000 Saavy Naturals Everyday Bath Bombs.
Tuesday morning, Trimax said that Walmart ordered another 26,000 Saavy bath bombs, which are cumulatively are being sent to shelves in 3,600 Walmart locations across the U.S.
Furthermore, Saavy Naturals and U.S. Merchants, their exclusive representative, have created novel pallet displays for Saavy Naturals Everyday Handcrafted Bulk Soaps, fulfilling a request from Walmart buyers as well. The soaps and displays are expected to start popping up in roughly 700 Walmart stores in the coming weeks.
Taking cues from ongoing negotiations with Walmart, Trimax management believes orders are going to start arriving on a weekly basis starting in March.
That can certainly mean a lot for a company that in latest quarter reported (ended June 30, 2017) $272,386 in sales and a net loss of $267,379.
Shares of TMXN have been climbing since hitting a low of 4/10ths of a penny in December. Today, shares printed as high as 2.3 cents, marking their best since early October. With about 2-1/2 hours to go in the trading day, shares are up 4.2% at two cents.
