Big Order Means Big Moves for AmeraMex

A heavy equipment merchant out of Chico, California is gaining a growing customer base.

AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC:AMMX), which supplies logistics companies, infrastructure construction, forestry conservation and tactical military vehicles, revealed an order list Tuesday totaling $438,000.

The orders include a forklift, due to be shipped to a Nevada equipment rental firm, and two California ASV Track Loaders. The ASVs were purchased by a contractor that works with a large utility company in California, where they will be used to remove forest undergrowth. All of the equipment is in inventory and will ship before the end of the fourth quarter.

AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre enthused, "The Company sold $1 million of equipment in October. Today’s order brings booked sales for November to $836,000. We are pleased with the activity in the fourth quarter and are looking forward to reporting, what I believe, will be our best year in over five years."

The stock price of AMMX jumped 22-100ths of a cent, or 14.6%, to 1.73 cents, in Tuesday’s final hour of trading, on volume of 881,000.
