IOSoft Inc. announced the pact with App-Swarm Inc. to market and service multiple software apps designed for the healthcare services sector that includes smart care software for interaction between patients and healthcare providers as well as highly scalable and customized platforms for medical delivery systems, and other management efficiencies.
Shares in RJDG jumped 5.4% to 39-100ths of a cent on volume of 25,000
