From OTCQB To The NYSE American Exchange!

A California-based small cap just announced that subject to meeting all requirement at the time of listing, the Company has been approved to uplist to the NYSE American Exchange. Shares of KULR Technology Group Inc. (OTCQB:KULR) shot up after the announcement as shares are expected to commence trading on the exchange on June 7.

KULR Technology Group Inc. develops and commercializes high-performance thermal management technologies for electronics, batteries, and other components. The company is focused on targeting the following applications: electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems; artificial intelligence and Cloud computing; energy storage; and 5G communication technologies. Its product portfolio includes ARA Thermal Capacitor, CRUX Cathode, HYDRA Thermal Runaway Shield, LYRA ISC Trigger Cell, URSA Fiber Thermal Interface, and VEGA Internal Short Circuit.

Traders were bullish on the news as shares hit a session high of $2.40/share (+15.94%) following the announcement. This move is a strong continuation of the success this stock has had over the last year.
