Decentralization in Social Media Nails “Another Brick in the Wall”

Creators are demanding more control over their music and art. How can a decentralized social media platform help?

Hop-on, Inc. (OTCPK:HPNN) has acquired limited licenses for the musical works of more than 1.2 million artists, representing over 20 million works which can be accessed through its decentralized social media platform, digitalage.com. This allows artists the ability to want to backup or transfer their social media from existing platforms.

Coincidentally, the same day the agreement was signed, Pink Floyd's Roger Waters announced to the world that he told Facebook's (NASDAQ:FB) Mark Zuckerberg that Instagram could not use his song, Another Brick in the Wall, to promote the social media platform. Currently accessible to select pre-registered users, the website is now in alpha testing, with new features rolled out weekly.

DigitalAge provides personal online data storage, search and discovery, content protection, and monetization services, striving to create a new global community where all members can benefit.

Shares have been on an upward trend over the past week, but were giving back today, down over 6% in afternoon trade.
