High Grade Silver Find at British Columbian Site

Shares of this junior miner focused on exploring precious metals were trading up on an exciting mineral find in Canada.

Recent exploration by CMC Metals Ltd. (TSX Venture: CMB) identified high-grade polymetallic samples, including silver, lead, zinc and stibnite at its Amy property in northern British Columbia. According to the firm’s press release, the samples also contained elevated samples of copper, iron, and manganese.

The property was once explored quite extensively in the 1960s and is located close to the Silvertip mine and mill owned by Coeur Mining Limited in the southern part of the Rancheria Silver District.

Shares were trading up over 7% in afternoon trade.
