Economic conditions put the brakes on home re-sales last month, according to figures released Monday by the Canadian Real Estate Association
The industry group said re-sales of Canadian homes dipped 0.4% in September from August, the first decline since April.
CREA also said actual sales, not seasonally adjusted, dropped 8.9% from a year earlier, while the group’s Home Price Index was up 2.3% from September last year.
