09:56 AM EST - Canna 8 Investment Trust : Provided an update on its previously announced proposal for a Qualifying Transaction with Real Industrial Investment Trust, a trust formed pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario. Canna 8's prior news release of April 17, noted that Canna 8 has entered into a letter of intent with Real Industrial Investment Trust whereby Canna 8 and Real Industrial will complete an arrangement, merger, unit exchange or similar transaction to ultimately form the resulting issuer.
