10:31 AM EST - Dream Industrial REIT : Announced today the closing of its previously announced private placement of senior unsecured debentures consisting of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 2.539% Senior Unsecured Debentures, Series D maturing on December 7, 2026. Concurrent with the closing of the Offering, the Trust entered into cross currency interest rate swap arrangements to swap the proceeds of the Offering to Euros to lower the effective interest rate to 0.541%.
