09:25 AM EST - Usha Resources Ltd : Announced the execution of an option agreement for the right to purchase an undivided 100% interest in 38 mineral claims to the northeast of its flagship White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project, the Abiwin Lithium Pegmatite Property, it has issued the first payment of $15,000 cash and 250,000 common shares to the Vendors. The Company also wishes to clarify that an aggregate of 1,000,000 Shares will be payable by the Company to the Vendors in accordance with the terms of the Option Agreement.
