It's a busy week for U.S. jobs data and the ADP report has teased investors on the health of the U.S. labour market.
The private sector stateside created 200,000 jobs in September, according to a survey from ADP Research.
That is above forecasts for 190,000 jobs expected by Wall Street economists and bigger than the 186,000 jobs created in August.
The report arrives ahead of Friday's heavily-analyzed jobs report, which is expected to show the economy added 200,000 jobs in September.
Continued strength in the labour market has bolstered the case for the Federal Reserve to end the era of easy money that was unleashed following the financial crisis. After demurring in September, Fed policymakers have signaled that the central bank is on course to raise rates this year.
