At the market open in Toronto, the TSX Composite Index fell 0.84%. The TSX Venture and the TSX Smallcap were also down. The TSX Venture dropped 1.18%, while the Smallcap was down by 1.08%.

- NFI Group (TSX:NFI): Increased 15.59% or 1.57 points to 11.64.
- CAE Inc (TSX:CAE).: Rose 13.84% or 4.62 points to 37.99.
- Interfor Corp (TSX:IFP): Climbed 7.70% or 1.20 points to 16.78.
Top Losers:
- Seabridge Gold (TSX:SEA): Declined 15.52% or 2.94 points to 16.00.
- MTY Food (TSX:MTY): Fell 11.85% or 5.93 points to 44.11.
- Denison Mines (TSX:DML): Dropped 6.45% or 0.16 points to 2.32.
In Commodities Trading:
- April Brent Oil Contract climbed by 0.05% or 0.04 points to 75.78 a barrel.
- Crude Oil for April delivery rose 0.15 points to 70.86 a barrel.
- Gold Futures for April delivery increased by 12.65 points to 2,913.35 a troy ounce.
Currency Markets:
- USD/CAD is stable at 1.4188.
- EUR/CAD is trading at 1.4865.
- The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 106.705.
