The Key Catalysts That Could Send Drone Stocks to Higher Highs

For one, drones are just starting to revolutionize multi-billion-dollar industires, such as construction and infrastructure, agriculture, logistics, energy and utilities, public security, engineering and telecom. Fueling momentum, ZenaTech’s Drone as a Service Expands Builder Services Capability Delivering Drone-Driven Speed and Precision to Surveying for Homebuilders

ZenaTech just announced that its integration of drone-based workflows into land surveying services for national homebuilders, providing improved speed, precision and reliability to facilitate permits. The company plans to expand its builder services through DaaS operations enablement via the specialized skills of one of its recently acquired land surveying firms, Cardinal Civil Resources, which offers a strong history of serving major U.S. homebuilders to expand the company’s access into the homebuilding sector.

National home builders that buy finished or near-finished lots usually want to clear the government permitting stage with as little friction as possible to speed up home construction and buyer closings so they can be paid.

To do that, they typically need a smaller, focused set of surveys—not a full greenfield package. Turnaround can typically take up to 10 days to produce these surveys but through incorporating new workflows consisting of Cardinal’s process standardizing along with Drone as a Service, the company hopes to deliver surveys in three or less days.

Red Cat Holdings, a U.S.-based provider of advanced all-domain drone and robotic solutions for defense and national security, announced preliminary unaudited revenue results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Based on preliminary, unaudited financial data, fourth quarter 2025 revenue is expected to be between $24.0 million and $26.5 million, representing an approximate 1,842% increase compared to the $1.3 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2024. Based on preliminary, unaudited financial data, full year 2025 revenue is expected to be between $38.0 million and $41.0 million, representing an approximate 153% increase compared to the $15.6 million reported for the full year 2024. “These preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 reflect strong execution across the business. Ondas Holdings expects to report revenue of $27.0 to $29.0 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, 51% higher than the prior Q4 2025 revenue target. For the full year ended December 31, 2025, expected revenue is between $47.6 and $49.6 million, 23% higher than the prior full-year revenue target for 2025. Ondas' prior revenue targets for Q4 2025 and full-year 2025 included a contribution of $3 - 4 million for Roboteam which closed in December 2025. Additionally, on a preliminary basis, Ondas' estimated backlog is $65.3 million as of December 31, 2025, a 180% increase from $23.3 million on November 13, 2025. The Company's pro-forma cash balance exceeds $1.5 billion as of December 31, 2025, adjusted for the Company's recent offering of approximately $1.0 billion. Ondas has raised its 2026 revenue target to a range of $170 to $180 million, 25% higher than the previous company target of $140 million that included $30 million attributable to Roboteam.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions announced the opening of its new 55,000-square-foot state-of-the-art hypersonic and “Other” system manufacturing and payload integration facility in Princess Anne, Maryland. The advanced facility will significantly enhance Kratos’ capabilities to support launch operations and hypersonic testing for the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonics Test Bed (MACH-TB) 2.0 program and other customers from agencies including the U.S. Navy, US Air Force, DARPA, and the Missile Defense Agency. “This strategic investment in Princess Anne represents Kratos’ commitment to expanding our nation’s hypersonic testing infrastructure and capabilities,” said Dave Carter, President of Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services Division. “The new facility enables us to increase production capacity, streamline payload integration processes, and respond even more rapidly to the growing demand for affordable hypersonic flight testing.”

The order, placed through a recognized defense contractor, represents a significant milestone for Draganfly, reinforcing the Commander 3XL’s position as a trusted, multi-mission platform for government and defense operations worldwide. It also marks Draganfly’s selection for the first phase of a formal evaluation process as part of an ongoing program to integrate drone solutions throughout military operations. Due to contractual and regulatory restrictions, specific customer details cannot be disclosed.
