10:34 AM EST - Quadra Mining Ltd. : said on Wednesday jumped to a second-quarter profit, helped by improved gold and copper production. Quadra, whose main asset is the Robinson Mine in Nevada, earned $36.6 million, or 76 cents a share for the period ended June 30, compared with a loss of $22 million, or 59 cents a share for the same time last year. shares T.QUA are trading up 24 cents at $14.50.
