03:36 PM EST - MBAC Fertilizer Corp. : announced that it has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp., on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 7,450,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $2.70 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $20,115,000.
