01:10 PM EST - Yukon Gold Corp. : reported that it completed the first tranche of its $2.8 million private placement with Northern Securities Inc. The company noted that the financing is comprised of the sale of 1.92 million units at $0.45 per Unit for gross proceeds of $0.86 million and the sale of 0.54 million flow through units at $0.52 per Flow-Through Unit for gross proceeds of $0.28 million with aggregate gross proceeds of around $1.15 million.
