11:51 AM EST - CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. : announced it is carrying out two major programs totaling over 14,000 metres of drilling exploration this winter at its West McArthur and Cree East uranium projects in Canada's Athabasca Basin. The West McArthur project is a 50/50 joint venture between the Company and MC Resources Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation. The Cree East project is a 50/50 joint venture between the Company and a Korean consortium comprising Hanwha Corp., Korea Resources Corp. (KORES), Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) and SK Networks. CanAlaska Uranium Ltd.
