09:59 AM EST - Transcontinental Inc. : said on Tuesday it will bid for fellow printer PLM Group Ltd in a $130 million deal, including debt, that would add to its market share. It is offering $3.50 per share, which represents a 19 percent premium over PLM's closing price on August 13. It said the transaction is expected to close in October. Transcontinental Inc.
shares T.TCL.A are trading down 1 cent at $19.79.
