12:19 PM EST - Anvil Mining Limited : announced today that in a unanimous decision rendered in Montreal on January 24, 2012, the Québec Court of Appeal dismissed court proceedings initiated in November 2010 against Anvil by the Canadian Association Against Impunity, a group of NGOs.
