10:12 AM EST - Bank of Montreal : reported a 7 percent drop in third-quarter earnings on Tuesday on the back of $97 million in commodities trading losses after tax. Canada's fourth-biggest bank said it earned $660 million, or $1.28 a share, in the three months ended July 31. That compares with profit of $710 million, or $1.38 a share, a year earlier. The bank also raised its divided by 2 cents, or 3 percent, to 70 cents a share. Bank of Montreal
