09:41 AM EST - Anvil Mining Limited : announced that MMG Malachite Limited, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Minmetals Resources Limited to purchase all of the outstanding Common Shares of Anvil on a fully-diluted basis (at a purchase price of $8.00 per share in cash. As previously announced, the expiry time for the Offer was 8:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on February 16, and the "CDI Expiry Time", as defined in the Offer and Offer documents, was 7:00 p.m. (Sydney time) on February 14.
