10:47 AM EST - Corby Distilleries Ltd. : a liquor company which produces Wiser's rye whiskies, Polar Ice vodka and Lamb's rum, reported lower net profits, but higher revenues in the latest quarter. Toronto-based Corby said Thursday it earned $5.5 million or 20 cents a share for the three months ended June 30, the fourth quarter of the company's 2007 fiscal year. That's down from $6.3 million or 22 cents for the same period last year. Corby Distilleries Ltd.
shares T.CDL.A are trading unchanged at $24.25.
